Triathlon de la Côte des Légendes #4

XS category open to 150 participants aged 12 and over. The race will start at 10.00 am from Nodeven-Rudoloc beach: 400 m swim – 9.2 km cycle and 2.8 km run.

Individual S format open to 290 participants aged 16 and over. The race will start at 2.00 pm from Nodeven-Rudoloc beach: 750 m swim – 22.6 km cycle (2 laps) and 5 km run (2 laps).

S Relay Format open to 30 teams (2 or 3 members) aged 14 and over. The race will start at 2.00 pm from Nodeven-Rudoloc beach: The course is the same as that for the S Individual Format.
