On Friday 9 October at 6.00 pm at the Tylenn Media Centre in Gouézec, Jean-François Vagner will have the honour of presenting his first photography exhibition: *Le théâtre invisible*.

He chose this title to capture the spectacle that unfolds every clear evening in the sky above our heads, yet which we have grown unaccustomed to witnessing. And yet it is very much there, unchanging. As soon as night falls, an unsuspected world comes to life. Far from the monochrome darkness that our eyes perceive, night-time landscapes reveal a palette of colours of which most of us are unaware.

It is this magic, invisible to the naked eye but captured by the camera against the wild backdrop of Finistère, that this exhibition invites you to contemplate. From the hues and lights of the Milky Way and the flamboyant drapes of the Northern Lights to the subtle shades of nebulae and the Moon.

Take a moment to pause, step away from your everyday routine and come and rediscover the spectacle that the night offers us, time and time again.

He looks forward to welcoming you and answering your questions at the opening reception, which will take place on Friday 9 October at 6.00 pm at the Médiathèque Tylenn in Gouézec, alongside Dominique Merrien. Of course, your taste buds and stomachs won’t be left out, with a light snack provided.

He hopes to see many of you there to share this colourful occasion.
