Visites/visites d'entreprises
The AGDE (Association for Employment Management and Development) work integration scheme, based in Plabennec since 2014, focuses on an agri-food activity that is unique in Brittany, enabling around 35 people each year to get back on their feet through work in a canning factory. They receive support with their career plans and job search, the aim being for them to leave the association with a long-term job. In our workshop, we produce sweet and savoury preserves: pâtés, rillettes, jams, ready meals… This tour offers the chance to go behind the scenes at the canning factory and understand the link between production and the social and professional integration of our staff. The tour will conclude with a tasting of our products, accompanied by tea, coffee or apple juice, during which we will answer any questions you may have, both about vocational integration and the workshop’s activities. You’ll also have the chance to buy our products at the end of the tour, if you’d like.
Booking is essential. Proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Fondation du Patrimoine en Bretagne.
Ages 12 and over.
