In winter:
Water walking every Monday at 10.30am from mid-September to mid-June.
Aqua gym in the pool, 40-minute session between 9am and 12pm on Wednesdays.
Aqua bike in the pool, 30-minute session between 9am and 12pm, Saturdays.
In summer:
Water walking, every Thursday at 5.30pm and Aqua Gym at lunchtime from Monday to Friday.
Children's swimming lessons in the morning, Monday to Friday. Lasts 40 minutes. From age 3, familiarisation and discovery of the aquatic environment. From age 7, learning to swim. 1 session, 5 sessions or 10 sessions.
