In winter:
Aquatic walking every Monday at 10:30 a.m. from mid-September to mid-June.
Aqua gym in the pool, 40-minute slot between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Wednesdays.
Aqua bike in the pool, 30-minute slot between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on Saturdays.
In summer:
Aquatic walking every Thursday at 5.30pm and aqua gym at midday from Monday to Friday.
Children's swimming lessons in the morning, Monday to Friday. Duration: 40 minutes. From age 3: familiarisation and discovery of the aquatic environment. From age 7: learning to swim. 1 session, 5 sessions or 10 sessions.
