COURSES : P'tits Mousses From 4 to 7 years old: children will have an unforgettable time with stand-up paddle, canoeing, water games and exploring the marine environment, with fishing and treasure hunts on the programme. 125/week*, morning or afternoon. Aventuriers des Mers: Kayak course for Young Explorers Ages 8 to 12 Dive into adventure with this unique course, where young explorers aged 10 develop their aquatic skills through fun games and paddling techniques on different surfaces. Supervised by a qualified instructor, they will enjoy a safe stretch of water, combining fun, learning and discovering the water. 145/week* mornings. *Wetsuit hire: €15/week. Multi-Glide Paddling Course - Teens and Adults From age 12: whatever your level, join an adapted group and immerse yourself in the world of paddle sports. On the programme: technical exercises, fun games and hikes, to discover and perfect your kayaking, stand-up paddling and much more. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced paddler, this course is the perfect opportunity to push your limits while having fun. 145€/week* in the morning. *Wetsuit hire: €15/week. Off-season kayak course at Pointe du Raz - September & October For kayaking enthusiasts, take advantage of a tailor-made programme designed to improve your skills outside the summer season. Supervised by our two experts in the discipline, this course combines technical learning, theory and safety, so you can improve your skills while exploring the majestic landscapes of the Pointe du Raz. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced paddler, come and refine your technique and explore new facets of kayaking, while benefiting from personalised attention. Our team is on hand to advise you and organise your water sports activities in Plouhinec and Cap-Sizun. In addition to the dates available on our website, we also offer personalised time slots. You'll be welcomed at the Centre Nautique de Plouhinec, where you'll find an activity room, changing rooms and a drying room. Catering is also available nearby. Prices include a €5 membership fee, except for private lessons and hire.
