Get Up Stand Up

Get Up Stand Up is a travelling sports school that moves with the wind and tides along the coast of Fouesnant and Bénodet, helping you discover the coastline by kayak, SUP or Wingfoil.
We offer lessons, supervised outings, a foil flight simulator and equipment hire.
- Stand Up Paddle lessons: accompanied by a state-certified instructor, group lessons, discovery lessons, advanced lessons or excursions are available by prior arrangement. Bookings by phone or on site.
- Sup & Kayak hire: between the rocks of Mousterlin, along the creeks of Beg-Meil, on the Odet river from
Quimper to Bénodet, in the Letty cove... Whatever your age, come and paddle at your own pace along our coastline.
- WING FOIL: Wing Foil, also known as Wing Surf, is the latest surf sport to hit the beaches! You can glide downwind on a Wing at speeds of 10/12 knots or more. Thanks to the lift of the foil, after a few sessions you can also discover the sensations of flying on the water. The lightness and manoeuvrability of Wing wings, inspired by kitesurfing wings, means you can learn to propel them quickly.
