All year round, I’ll guide you through activities suitable for everyone, in the most beautiful spots of southern Finistère:
- Aquatic walking (coastal walking)
- Nordic walking
- Paddleboarding
- Personalised sports coaching with or without electrostimulation

Unique and easily recognisable on the roads of southern Finistère, my Sport Truck is a
genuine mobile sports centre. For the past 13 years, I’ve been leading sessions in the most beautiful
natural settings, meeting you directly on the beaches and coastal paths.

Open periods

Open from 1 janvier 2026 to 31 décembre 2026
From September to June : - Water walking 2pm - 3pm, every Saturday. Treustel beach, Combrit 6.30pm-7.30pm, every Monday and 10am-11am, every Wednesday - Plage du ster, Penmarc'h. Meeting point at the lorry, near the first-aid post - Nordic Walking Schedule on the website. In summer : - Paddle lessons at Le Ster in Lesconil, on the river at Loctudy and at Lodonnec beach in Loctudy. - Water walking, Plage du Treustel, Combrit: 10am, every Sunday. - Water walk, Plage du Ster (lorry, near the first-aid post), Penmarc'h: 7pm, every Monday and 10am every Wednesday and Friday.
