Located in the heart of the historic quarters of Locmaria, you can come and watch how our famous, lace-like ‘crêpes dentelle’ biscuits are made here in Quimper: the crêpes are rolled one by one, by hand, as they were long ago, and this is the last place where you can watch this old-fashioned know-how in action.
You can also watch Kouign Amann and Gâteaux Bretons being created by our professional pastry chefs.
