Hervé Seznec has been running his cider mill with zeal and expertise for almost 20 years. His AOC de Cornouaille, ciders and pommeau de Cornouaille have won numerous awards. Its Pommeau de Bretagne AOC won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris in 2023, and its Lambig de Bretagne AOC won a gold medal at the Concours Régional de Bretagne in 2023.
