Bridge
In the 18th and 19th centuries the port of Pont l’Abbé was an important commercial harbour exporting grain, fish, potatoes and wood and importing wine, salt and spices. Today the port is home to a few boats and is a pleasant place to walk and admire the splendid view of the bridge and castle keep. The bridge is one of only 9 in France with houses on.
