Following in the footsteps of the customs officers' path, Brittany is now developing a coastal cycle route. Cycle route 5 will run close to or far from the beaches, bays and rugged coastline, guiding travellers from the port to the beaches of Roscoff and Saint Nazaire. Here is the section on La Forêt-Fouesnant. It is possible to continue the cycle route westwards via Fouesnant. The cycle route eastwards (Concarneau) has not yet been fully completed. The map is available free of charge from the La Forêt-Fouesnant tourist office.
